At Ella’s Bloom, each piece is thoughtfully curated and many of our garments feature handcrafted detailing, delicate embellishments, designer finishing, and limited-edition production. Due to the exclusive and artisanal nature of our collections, all purchases made through our website are considered final sale.

We kindly request our customers to review product descriptions, measurements, sizing details, and images carefully before placing an order. If you require additional information, styling assistance, or sizing guidance, we are always happy to assist prior to purchase.

Please Note

* We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, event cancellations, personal preferences, or incorrect selections made during checkout.

* Slight irregularities in embroidery, embellishments, handwork, finishing, texture, mirror placement, or neckline symmetry are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and should not be considered defects. These details are part of the uniqueness and beauty of artisan-made fashion.

* Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, and device settings.

* Customised, altered, made-to-order, preorder, sale, discounted, and promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for review. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Ella’s Bloom reserves the right to assess and determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for free, as well as instructions on how to download and print, and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
